① Oil sample detection - compressive strength, sediment and other technical parameters shall be carried out once every three years. Long term overload or overload of the transformer can reduce the cycle.
② The resistance of high and low voltage grounding wires shall not be less than 70% (10M Ω) of the original installed value. When the winding resistor is accurately measured at the same temperature, the difference between the three-phase average values shall not exceed 2%, nor shall it exceed 2% when compared with the results of the last accurate measurement.
③ The resistance of wire connector shall be accurately measured every two years during the operation of the transformer.
④ The cycle of power off cleaning and inspection shall be determined according to the surrounding environment and load conditions, generally more than half a year to once a year.
The main contents include the removal of defects found during patrol inspection, the cleaning of porcelain rigid waterproof casing shell, the removal of cracked or aged rubber rings, the inspection and tightening of connection points, the filling of oil in case of insufficient oil, the inspection and removal of breathing mask silicone rubber, etc.
The oil immersed transformer oil has the characteristics of high quality and commodity.
