1 Instructions
(1) Understand the use conditions and methods before putting into operation;
(2) The load current shall not exceed the specified output current value;
(3) When the input voltage is within the allowable range, if the output voltage is unstable, check and remove the fault before use;
(4) When the input voltage exceeds the range, the output voltage will change; If the exceeding range is large, the machine will automatically protect without voltage output, playing the role of protecting the electrical appliances and the machine itself. If the user needs to continue to use electricity, the mains button can be activated, and the voltage regulator will output mains power without itself working;
(5) Under normal use conditions, the voltage regulator can operate continuously for a long time when it is loaded;
2. Troubleshooting:
(1) The output voltage deviates greatly from the voltage regulator:
The manual and automatic transfer switches are not in the automatic position; It shall be placed in the automatic position; The input voltage exceeds the voltage stabilization range; The carbon brush shall be adjusted if it has poor contact or does not slide on the slideway;
(2) If the output voltage slightly deviates from the voltage regulator, the voltage regulator potentiometer shall be adjusted and controlled;
(3) Output voltage oscillation; Instantaneous fluctuation of power grid voltage is large, or load frequency changes;
(4) Not in the scope of fault:
Switch on the power chamber to start: phase loss or no zero line; The output is normal at no load, and the output voltage drops at full load; The input line is too long and the load is too small;
3. Maintenance:
The maintenance cycle varies with the use environment. Generally, the maintenance should be carried out once every 3-6 months. The maintenance contents include:
(1) Clean the dust and dirt of various parts of the voltage regulator, especially the carbon brush, slide way, brush holder, guide rail and speed change mechanism, and use "carbon tetrachloride" and cotton cloth to clean them;
(2) Replace the worn or damaged carbon brush;
(3) Repair or replace faulty components;
(4) Adjust the tightness of the chain every 2-3 months of operation;
