Turn off the enclosure of the transformer, turn on the power cut-off switch on the high voltage side, and after the air vibration of the power transformer is appropriate, cooperate with the power cut-off switch and the high voltage load switch on the base voltage side to observe the load operation of the transformer. The inspection cycle and content of power transformer, and the maintenance of power transformer shall be carried out at least once a year.
a) Accurately measure the resistance of the ground wire of the magnet coil.
b) In the production and processing of ceramic waterproof covers and outer packing boxes, if you find that the ceramic waterproof covers are cracked and the rubber rings are very easy to be damaged, you should immediately remove and replace them.
c) Tighten the wire connector and scrub it with sandpaper if any scald is found.
d) Please confirm whether the grounding system of the power transformer is detailed and whether the wire joints are corroded. In case of serious corrosion, dismantle and replace them immediately.
