Product description: The iron core is made of high-quality amorphous alloy strip and three-phase three-column manufacturing process, the no-load loss is about 70% lower than SC10, and the floor area is small;
The low-voltage winding is a foil structure with Nomex paper for interlayer and end insulation. It is cured at high temperature after being impregnated by VPI vacuum pressure, and has high mechanical strength;
The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer segmented structure that combines Nomex paper insulated wire and wrapping production process. After being impregnated by VPI vacuum pressure, it is cured at high temperature and has strong short-circuit resistance;
The unique iron core suspension technology and end sealing process are adopted to ensure that the amorphous iron core has less stress and low noise;
The unique semi-encapsulated structure is adopted, which has strong dustproof ability and high insulation performance of the product;
The vibration model of amorphous alloy
transformer is used for simulation analysis to find out the quality control points and reduce product noise;
Using Nomex paper insulation, the heat resistance level can reach C grade, it can be recycled and reused, and it is safe and environmentally friendly;
Scope of application: It is suitable for places with low power distribution utilization and high flammability, explosion and fire protection requirements.
